However, in the drug test, Xanax is found at different levels. Like, in the urine test Xanax can be detected up to 5-7 days after the patient has used it for the last time. In the saliva test, the drug can be detected for up to 2-3 days after the last use. In the blood test, the drug can be detected for around 1-5 days.
